Carmie has over twenty years of experience working in the insurance industry. Prior to opening Carmie MacInnis Insurance in 2008, Carmie worked in adjusting and as a broker. Carmie set out on her own journey in 2008 where she began to build her business from the ground up. For quite some time, Carmie was the only broker in her office and worked tirelessly to build CMI into the successful business it is today.

Cathy Forbes - CIP, CAIB
Cathy started her insurance career in 1991. After studying many courses, Cathy has
obtained the CAIB and CIP accreditations in the insurance field. Cathy joined Carmie MacInnis Insurance Ltd in 2014, and deals with both Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance in sales and service. Throughout her career, Cathy has always strived for optimal customer service satisfaction with existing customers as well as potential new clients. Cathy has been involved with several local nonprofit associations that she is very proud to be a part of. Robyn MacInnis - CIP, CAIB, BBA
Born and raised in Antigonish, Robyn began her career in the insurance industry while attending STFX where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration. During this time, Robyn worked closely with Carmie and developed a passion for helping people through service and an excellent knowledge of insurance. Robyn currently holds her CIP designation and is continuing her studies to further her expertise.

Carolyn Day
You may recognize Carolyn's friendly face from the front desk of our office. Carolyn resides in Heatherton, where her and her husband raised 4 wonderful children. They currently enjoy 4 beautiful grandchildren, who are just the world to them.
Carolyn was a legal assistant for 35 years, and most recently has worked for several years with us. During Carolyn's spare time she enjoys playing pickleball and doing cross-stitch.
